What was that thing hanging??

My uncle was taking a shi....and then he sees something hanging from his anus...like an intestine..he grabs some toilet paper and grabs it and pulls on it, and he said that he felt a pain all the way to the stomach...what the hell was that thing???

That all depends on what it looked like if he was able to see it. If the object was long and flat, with tiny square shaped segments, your uncle most likely has a tapeworm. I heard another suggestion that it could possibly be pinworms- Not the case. Pinworms are found most commonly in children, and are usually too small to detect easily. The only reason you know you have pinworms is from the irresistibly itchy anus they give you when the females lay their eggs. Tapeworms on the other hand can be as much as three meters long, and its not uncommon to have the tail end of a tapeworm pop out of your anus during a bowel movement. Most people that become infected with a tapeworm wont know it until this happens to them. Usually I treat either infection with an anti-parasitic drug like niclosamide, praziquantel or albendazole. However since I haven't seen your uncle or tested his feces for the presence of tapeworm segments/ eggs, I would highly suggest that he sees his physician to do so.

Could be a polyp or a hemorrhoid. Pain can be referred to distant areas pretty easily.

However, pain is also a strong signal something is wrong. He needs to see a doctor for an exam to see what the problem really is, not poll the internet.

i won't be in a position to count variety that top. there are such quite some refrigerator magnets, you won't be able to see the refrigerator. We even have a minimum of three magnetic grocery lists, the lunch menu for the grade college for the month, my older daughter's 3 month's nicely worth of scripts, because of the undeniable fact that's a med we gained't "fill up", any style of coupons, my youthful daughter's "interpreting calendar" to maintain song of the time she spends interpreting on an known basis.

If it came away in His hand I would surmise that it was a tape worm. By "Stomach" did He mean His Lower Bowel / Colon? Time for soneone to go to see a Dr.
