No, there isn't.
But pray that he doesn't eat it!
If he dies from a heart attack, the whole universe might collapse and fold into oblivion. Such is the power of a salty cracker.

St. Anselm defined God as "that than which nothing greater can be conceived." If we have said craker (one so salty that God could not eat it), then the being in question could not be "God". If the being couldn't eat the cracker, then we could imagine something greater than that being, namely a being that could, in fact, eat the cracker. This being that we can now conceive of, is greater than the other being that could not eat the cracker. By definition, then the first being would not be God. Hence, God must be able to consume the omnisalty cracker.

Which god? I know of a terrible cracker baked by the Titans whose saltiness thwarted Zeus himself. When it comes to other gods, I'll have to do some more research.

It is possible i suppose, but if god exists, he would never allow it to come into existence.
By the definition of god, he is all-powerful, and can do absolutely anything. If there was something he couldnt do, then he would cease to be god. So, while he COULD create a cracker so salter that he couldnt eat it, doing so would mean his demise.
This is assuming that anything humans create, is actually god's creation, not ours :/

I believe that the question should be:
"Can god CREATE a cracker so salty that even god could not eat it"
Otherwise the question is not interesting.
A simple "NO" will not raise any paradoxes.
