She criticizes. She accuses you of things that you don't even do. When you go in there to talk to her about something? She sits there and criticizes you or says that she heard this about you.

The sad thing is, people like this tend to pick on people they see as a threat to them. They leave the "insignificant people" alone. Sometimes, you can end this by standing up to them....although, just as often, that CAN cost you your job.

If you stand up for yourself, the bully's reaction might be "wow, that person is tough like me. we understand each other." I've had bosses like that.

They usually choose people who will not stand up to them.
Usually they bring their home life into work. their lives are miserable so they will bring dwon as many people as it takes to make themzselves feel better,
Then there are those who like to brag, so they have to accuse someone for the day just to have a story to tell when they go drinking.
Maybe you should start looking for a new job. Just don't ask for a reference when you leave. If you do like your Job, then maybe you and your supervisors boss should have a talk with your supervisor there

That sounds more like harassment in the workplace. I would try filing a complaint with the company if this individual is singling you out.

you need to go to her supervisor and if that dont work, go to theirs. But you never know, she might just need to get laid. LoL.

sounds like you need to have a frindely chat with her boss and let them know what a bit*h they have working for them
