i have an ipod, but that's because i don't know much about other brands of mp3 players. but if you're unsure, read online reviews or go to best buy and ask the employees. sometimes they are helpful.
also the brand's SANdisk.

If you got an iPod you can use it for Mac or Windows...if you get a sandisk, i do not believe its compatible with Mac. I over think that the iPod is much better. Its a much better quility from what i have heard. I suggest the iPod. It doesnt matter what kind of computer system you have, iPod can work with both.
