Andes mountains are taller, the stream systems are straight, and the amount of distance between the mountains and the shoreline are different. ie most of the distance to the shoreline was once up on the mountains.

There is no evidence on the physical world map. The evidence lies in the rocks themselves, especially in the dates they show, and the fossils they have, and the active processes they have (or do not have). The Appalachian Mountains have undergone three major upheavals due to continent-continent collisions. The Andes Mountains are a recent occurrence, created by subduction of oceanic plates under the western side of the South American Craton. This is part of the evidence, and none of it comes from a physical world map.
