Iguanas CANNOT be caged together. No matter what sex they are, they will fight. Iguanas are extreamly territorial animals. Put neosporin on his wounds and take him to the vet for the broken arm. You could put a splint on it yourself with a popsicle stick and wrap it with gause, but he won't have anything for the pain, unless he sees a vet. If his arm is broken he needs to be secluded in a smaller habitat until it heals. If he is allowed to climb, he could injure himself further.
Whatever you choose to do about his wounds, DO NOT put them back in the same habitat when he is healed, they will just fight again, and she may kill him next time.
We introduced a mate to our oldest female, and she killed him within seconds; snapped his neck!! Just because they are opposite sex, doesnt mean they will get along.

That's all you can do is separate them. Both male and female iguanas are territorial. The only time you should house them together is during mating season, which is only 6 weeks out of the year. This is something you should have done research on before aquiring a second iguana. 2 iguanas means twice the room. The absolute minimum inclosure area for a full grown iguana should be 6'x6'x3'. So you'll need at least two of those. Good luck.

Ngawww, poor Rowanda. I'm sure male iguana didn't mean to break anybody's heart. Funny. Not. (But in a way, yes)

Sounds like you need to separate them. Iguanas tend to be solitary creatures and many can't handle a second one in their space. Either that or try a larger environment with separate basking and feeding areas.

If you don't want to separate them. Then dig a hole in the back yard to bury him when she kills him.
Are you sure this is a female? Sounds like a male.

if she is older and he is trying to be the alpha male she will try to take him down that is her teritory and he is trying to take over.. either that or she isnt gravid and he wants to "play" if you know what i mean.. i have 2 iggs in one enclosure and they get along well but they are about the same age..they cuddle and it looks like they are humping in a way its cute but yes seperate them for now and when he is healed try to re introduce them and see if they get along any better

You'll have to separate them. As you may have noticed, Iguanas make absolutely rotten pets. I wish you the best of luck...

looks like the female one doesn't feel comfortable about her situation
maybe keep them separate them by putting a glass between them, and wait for her to feel comfortable?
