My hubby and I were driving home tonight, in the dark, from my ex's house, where we had just dropped off my son, and we were on the highway,, and there was a line of cars approaching us, and there may have been a slight bend in the road, I don't know, but I SWORE the last car in line was heading straight for us, as if he was passing the car ahead of him and he was in our lane. He got closer and closer and my husband didn't seem too concerned, and I yelled out his name, several times, each time louder than the last and he's like "What?"
I was still shaky when we got home about 5 min. later. What about you?

Sharla- screaming is a natural reaction. It's not like I DECIDED to scream. It just came out. Sorry I didn't stop and think about it.

This may seem so insensitive. BUT, why do people scream when it seems like something is about to happen? I mean screaming is not going to make it stop. Like if someone starts shooting, all the women scream, if anything it will bring attention to you. Now don't get me wrong if someone is attacking you, etc then okay yell (fyi:yell fire, thats the best way to get attention) but dag. As you see yelling got you no result your husband was not phased by it. I have been in accidents like that I just shut up and took those minutes to pray for safety. But the last time when I was totally freaked was when my step son was missing.

It was a dream, a few years ago. My husband and I were asleep. The lights were off as usual. Suddenly I was in a house with very tall dark ceiling. This ceiling was so tall I couldn't see the centre. There was a man sitting on the stairs and I asked him his name. I turned around to leave because he didn't answer, but then he chased me. I am not a fast runner and so was I in this dream. He caught me and covered me with still darkness. This was not black blanket or coat, but complete darkness.
When I opened my eyes, my husband said I was screaming and shaking at the same time I also fell off the bed struggling against something. To this day I couldn't forget this dream.

About 5 years ago. I'm afraid of heights. My husband and I were in a plane, my husband had the window seat. The plane turned to the left and could see down below from where I was sitting. I freaked out and started screaming. It took my husband and 3 stewardess to calm me down. I was embarrassed after that.

Last week when a little toddler ran out into a residential street and the dumba$$ driver didn't slow down. The dad had to jump out and get the kid, only then did the driver stop. My heart was absolutely pounding. Luckily the kid was alright, but the driver is still driving.

A few months ago when my four year old hit his head and split it open. It was like my body froze and all I could do was yell. I was scared to death! My husband came running and we took him to the emergency room where he ended up with five stitches. It was awful.

I went out in my garage and this bat flew right by my head. I freaked out and ran back in the house. Then I realized I had to go back in the garage to open the door so the bat would fly out. I kinda freaked again. I did get courage to open the door, and the bat eventually flew out.
