yes!!!!
the first few months of yahoo answers, my fingers hurt so much from all the typing. my wrist even got strained and carpal tunnel set in, I got a wrist brace even. now everything is okay and I have regained my strength and I could type all night!!!
take a rest once in a while, do some finger stretching or just relax. don't type so hard, just lightly, maybe buy a keyboard where you don't have to press so hard. laptops usually have keyboards that are easier to type with

No. Not really. I do not type that much. In the old days when using a manual typewriter was a different story. Now is much easier.
