ok i don't know the name or artist and i can't remember any of the lyrics.(lol thats sad) but i remember it talking about, it was like talking about wanting to tell someone something but not getting the chance and like everytime he sees her/his old friends he can't like talk to them or anything.lol. sorry i'm not much help!!!! but a dude sings it. anyway if any of you all know what this is PLEASE tell me!!!!! thankies.

If it's newer, you might be thinking of "What hurts the most" by Rascal Flatts. I love this song. I can paraphrase some of the lines if it will help you narrow it down- what hurts the most is being so close, and having you walk away (something, something) with so much to say and never knowing what could have been
