Hey,
I need to keep a lecture about Portugese food and wines, and about their "food culture". Any ideas you could give me? Good wines, typical dishes, easy recipes etc. I would most appreciate "inside" information which I can't get from google. Thank you :)

we have good trdicional food like cod fish, that we have about 1001 different ways to cook...
our wine is excellent, specially the red alentejanos and the sweets like port and madeira...

i don't know which kind of measures you use so I don't send any recepies...

Do you really want to know?...We eat chicken blood, feet and head.We eat pork blood, nose, feet, all the inside of both... And you know what? it's dellicious!mmmmmmmmmm
