Eyes and mouth. As a general rule, when guys are young it's more about looks than anything else...but as guys get older they realize that personality counts as much as looks, if not more...and you can see a lot of a woman's personality by how she uses her eyes and mouth (think: sparkling eyes, great smile) to show off her great personality. (although, guys never really outgrow the "outside looks" attitude, they just balance it out with the "person inside" attitude).

Ok...the best feature on a girl is personality. Without personality you've got nothing, so first and foremost for me is a girl with a mind that can have a great conversation. Looks can attract you at first, but if the personality isn't there then it will be a terrible time.

I think it is there expression when you tell a joke. True inner buety comes from a sincere woman. when you find someone you just know that they are sincer in all the things that they say and due, and watching there expressions as they listen to you and give sincere undivited attention, as well as hanging out with freinds and having sincire fun!
