it would float around and probably shrivel up eventually then just be a tiny turd thread that would get stuck on some rock.

For an answer, I suggest NASA send you up and eject you into "outer space" to find out.

Hi. First it would dry, then cook/freeze depending on it's orientation to the nearest star (like the Sun), then probably be incinerated and turn to gas. Why do you ask?

It would dry out. Radiation and heat extremes would sterilise it, so it would be safe to eat.
