No matter what we do, it still looks dirty. There used to be a shower cleaner called shower power, but it's unfindable around here. Something that will disinfect and bleach, leaving our shower/bath area looking clean and white.

You could try: Clorox Bathroom Cleaner With Teflon
Clorox Bathroom Cleaner with Teflon does not contain bleach.
The Bathroom Cleaner is safe to use on many different types of surfaces.
Cuts soap scum, grease, dirt, and grime while leaving a teflon residue to prevent new dirt buildup.

But Clorox with Teflon has a smell that, while not as overpowering as others, needs ventilation.

I used to clean houses and The Works... (the green bottle) at the dollar store is the best.. absolutely! Wear a face mask the fumes are pretty harsh, but it's the only thing that really works!!
The toilet cleaner (blue bottle) also works great for ... of course the toilet.

liquid comet . it cleans great and smells clean.you can also put some clorox and dawn detergent in your sink and get some rubber gloves and wipe everything down and when you pull the plug the sink should be white. do the same with the tub or shower. you can buy a new toilet brush to help with scrubbing the higher places and when done you can save it for the toilet

Tilex is great. Be careful though because it will eat your grout up.Use it maybe once a month the rest of the time use scrubbing bubbles.

Soft scrub will do it for sure but no cleaning comes easy. Always takes some elbow grease.
