I was blackmailed this morning and it could cost me a friendship. What can be done about it?

I was told that if I didn't do something on my web cam that my friend would be emailed and be told something he would not like. I told him that it was blackmail, and he agreed it was.

If you do what he want's then he will just black mail you again and again, and if he uses a program like the one at http://www.oatmealmedia.net to record your webcam when you are doing that, then he will have even more to black mail you with. . .
