Well, if the rent is supposed to include food, utilities and other stuff then she should provide a certain amount of food. If the money you give doesn't pay for all your food (or if you eat way more than a "normal" person) then you're on your own. Either way, there's no reason to actually yell. You should work out these details with her before this happens again. You don't need to join the military to eat, you just have to go to the store.

You and your mom have some serious issues to explore. There is much more to your difficulties than an empty refrigerator.
Yelling at her was probably a knee-jerk reaction to being hungry and not finding food. Your expectations about a nurturing mother were not met.
If you are basically on good terms with her, I believe it might be time to renegotiate each person's role in keeping up the house. If your rent payment does not include room and board, she must be clear on that. Does she have serious financial difficulties? Maybe you need to contribute more? I really think she should be clear on why she does not buy food.

i think of you may plan out a week of food for your self, make a grocery record and circulate get each little thing you choose for on the shop. i do no longer think everyone cares how plenty you have on your grocery cart. it can be a stable exercising which you will attempt it and notice the form you experience once you do it. don't be afraid to attempt something new. It only feels weird and wonderful when you consider which you haven't any longer executed it in the past. think of your self doing this with a happy feeling interior, get extremely particular on your mind's eye. once you initiate feeling stable questioning approximately it then it's going to be much less stressful which you will attempt it out. Or pretend you're an actress and act it out. Then circulate act it out on the shop. It sounds stupid yet this could assist you with different stressful circumstances on your existence too. i'm hoping you attempt this you'll be happier once you do it. stable success!

Um...it's not good to yell at your mom...not about food. You can go and buy your own food...especially if she's making you pay rent. But instead of fussing...which never solves the problem...why don't ya'll try to work it out and you get the groceries one week and she goes the next...??? worth a shot...since she could get fed up with you and kick you out.

You are not worldly wrong because many other people yell at their mothers too, but your esteemed mother is absolutely right.
For how long she fed you, and for how long you gave money to her?
Please learn to love tenderly and respect highly your beloved mother. If you cannot love her, you will not be able to love anyone else on earth, including those who will feed you more abundantly than her.
