Not always. Different people need different amount of sleep to function. If your body can't shut down at an early amount of time then if you wake up early then it would do you more harm then good. Listen to your body. But give different times a try for at least three days straight. Find the best one that works for you.

Jitu: yes it depends of what time does you go to bed at nite
or to work every day .Let's say 9pm is the best for this
because I get up at 5 am also the benifits are fresh and wide awake never tired plus alert any way yourself can get up at
5am try it good nite!

Yes, when you get up early you have more energy and time to do all the things on your list. If you get up late, half the day is gone before you know it.
