You need to multiply by the reciprocal

which gives you
numerator: (s+t)15
denonimator: 5(2(s+t))
This will simplify to 15(s+t) over 10(s+t); which is 1.5

[(s+t)/5]/[2(s+t)/15]
= [(s+t)/5]/[2(s + t)/15]
= ((s+t)/5)(15/2(s+t)
= (s + t)[3/[2(s+t)]
= 3/2

((s + t)/5) / (2(s + t)/15)

((s + t)/5) * (15/(2(s + t)))

(15(s + t))/(10(s + t))

(3/2)
