i use dish washing liquid on my diamond wedding ring and it works and keeps it sparkling etc.. i don't like jewelry cleaner it seems like the cleaner is harsh on real diamonds and cubic zirconia's.

with a toothbrush and toothpaste that is how i do it be sure to rinse it very good an dry it with a soft cloth it should look brand new.

i just use a soft toothbrush and either mild dishsoap or toothpast and it always gets the job done.

with tooth paste here in australia we have cloudy amonia very strong its works on diamonds silver you name it it cleans it (jewlery) and here it is cheap as dirty.
