its my card im just 16 and i said i was 18 cuz the site said u had to be

It is simply because the laws state that you are not an adult until you reach the age of 18. Until you reach 18, you can not enter into a legal and binding contract. Any time you call on the phone or get on line to order anything, you are entering in to a legal and binding contract. If by chance you are under the age of 18 and you decide not to follow through with the agreement, then there is nothing the company can do about it. They should have never sold something on line or by phone to a minor.

Therefore if you had told them that you were only 16 they would not have dealt with you at all.

Fraud but don't know the penalty, besides if you ordered something and your credit card went through it must be ok.

um if they caught you in the act i guess they could charge you with underage purchase of property and give you a fine but other than that i cant think of any thing else they could do to you

Depending on what you purchased (like alcohol) you could be charged in underage purchasing.

if ur caught then it could be identity theft, stealing, or maybe fraud. it depends on what u baught.
