as we all known, each people attitude is different and unique. please give some factors to explain why attitude is important in the business organization nowadays?

You need a positive attitude in order to succeed in the business world today. Negative attitude you'll be stressed before you even get to work. I am in the service industry working for huge oil sands they don't appreciate bad attitudes, it also rubs off on your co-workers. I can't stand working with negative people it just brings me down. They are looking for people with a great attitude with people skills.

because people have no morals anymore and will step on you to get where they want to go....If you want to play with the big boys--you have to be aggressive
