Yes you can, but first you have to pass a driving test first--both written and road test. Good Luck!

The word illegal says it all1 What would happen, in your country if an illegal immigrant applied for a driver License.
Your willingness sneak in to my country, show no respect for the laws of my country, break them without thought or care, the only thing you deserve is the BOOT or the wall.

No. But since you are married, if you guys have the marriage certificate, you can apply to be legal, and then get a liscence. To get a liscence you need a social security card and birth certificat or the appropriate documents. Or you can always go find a place that makes them... not legal though..

I'm thinking that as long as your marriage is a real one and not one for you to just stay in the country, there should be ways to get it and probably get you to be a legalized immigrant as well.

How are you legally married if you are illegal? Go back where you came from, or become a citizan and then you can get a drivers licence.

Not yet. You have to go through the process of becoming legal through your partner first.

If you are married to an American then you can become legal. have you tried? No we do not give drivers licenses to people who can't pay taxes, or hold insurance on the car they drive.

And you would risk getting deported by asking a question on a public forum? If you show up at the government office, they should turn you over to INS.
