1. well, for instance, i am of nigerian, and west indies descent. i guess i would be considered "black" at first glance, since i am brown.

some "black" people are very agitated by what the media protray us as, and they begin to act uncivil as they are thoguht to be.stereyotypes can hurt our feelings, and give us low self- esteem.

It really should not. I am African American, Born in Jamaica away from the tourist section fo the island, we watched bw tv grwowing up so I had no idea that there were separation between people untill I came to this country.
Then I learned the history and everything else between the division.
Our way of thinking is not because of who we are, but because of what we have laerned growing up, what we saw parents do, how they react to different races of people. this is what affects how we think, not the fact that we are a different race.
As far as being political, I don't choose a party to follow because I know that either way you go you have people who say anything to get where they want to go. I choose the best person I think will do the best and most honest Job while serving in office, though of late atleast in my view the most suited candidates have been losing because they are not democrat or republican.
So I do not think race really has anything to do with the way you think, just how you were raised as a human being.

i imagine ethnicity consequences a persons'' attitude because perspectives are frequently handed down from mum and dad to little ones. One party of that is shown contained in the shown truth that maximum African-individuals are democrats.
