Right now I'm on the generic form of Ortho Tri-Cyclen (Tri Sprintec), and it just isn't working. I'm having really bad mood swings, back aches, cramps, etc...basically everything I had without birth control! What's your "favorite" birth control? Do I need a stronger strength? Any suggestions would be great.

Just call your Dr.and tell him what you have told us. They will change it for you. Sometimes a person will have to change several times before they find one that is right for them. I did.

I have been on at least 10 diff. types since I was 13. (i am 19) none of them really worked for me either. They would make me have horrible mood swings, depression, one made me have asthma attacks, and most made me gain weight.

Well if you have had a baby.......an IUD is a great option for you. I have one and have no more PMS......or painful periods.
