If it's made right. I use 5 cheeses, virginia ham and mushrooms. And cream instead of milk. It'll clog yer arteries, but it tastes so goooood you don't care!

There are all kinds of mac and cheese though. I recently discovered a recipe that involves a cheese sauce made from sharp cheddar, cream, powdered red pepper, and jalapenos. Oh, the joy!
