Not enough information. Basically, short and to the point. Hammer on the other sides weaknesses and continuously repeat your strengths.
Remember - the jury usually has already made up their minds. If you're long winded and drag it out - they'll REALLY hate you. Just be sure to hit every point.
Make a list of points to make - DO NOT read from your pad. Don't copy anybody else - be yourself.

Read the Gettysburg Address - seriously - the guy before Lincoln spoke for over 2 hours and no one even remembers his name.
I don't understand what you mean by Competitive Speech - but this is the best, most succinct and important speech in our History. Also read Martin Luther King, Jr.s' "I Have a Dream" speech - Lincoln Memorial - 1962? There were some pretty outrageous positions (for the time) advocated by Dr. King and it caused quite a stir. You should be able to find a lot on this as they just broke ground for his Memorial this past week-end. Both these hero's were assassinated for expressing their views.

Try something from Sun Tzu The Art of War, lots of great quotes in there, nothing too famous.

All you really have to do is make them re think it, theyve already made up their minds, just getting them to think the other way is a victory

For legal reasoning you can never go wrong with something from either Clarence Darrow or John Marshall.
