The previous answers are right, you can go to logitech and find software to download, however:
I have a logitech mouse and I can control the settings by clicking on the start button on the lower left corner of my puter, then clicking on 'all programs.' That brings up a menu that includes 'logitech,' from there I can access my settings.

Go to logitech.com and look for downloads section, find your product section, your exact product and download the software from the site. easy as pie.
