my breast and my bra?

Ok i wear a 34a but theres a catch...my boobs don't really fill it in.but i cant use a sports bra cause my nipps show through? i guess i have breast buds..what do i do???

It really depends on how old you are and how likely you are to grow any more. So far as the problem with the sports bra and exposure, you have a few choices. You can go to a maternity shop and purchase the fabric nursing pads, then use those inside the bra to cover the areola of the breast. You usually buy them in pairs, and they are meant to be washed and used repeatedly. You could also use a large bandaid over the same area- though the adhesive could prove irritating. You should also check out different brands of sports bras, as they have many different designs out there, some with more padding than others. Or you could simply wear what you already have and wear a looser top over it as camoflauge. A sleeveless tank would solve the problem nicely and not get in the way. You don't have to wear lycra to work out in, after all.

You can go to a 34AA, or maybe a 32A, or perhaps even a 32B. You will need to try them on to see which one fits the best, and covers your nipples

A heavier sports bra would probably do the trick. Sports bras are rated for the level of the activity you are doing. Most of ones on the rack at the store are for the lightest activity level. You will need to get one for medium to extrream activity. These will be thicker, and provide more cover.

Finally, you can try a 'yoga' top. It is a tanktop with a built in shelf-bra, like a sports bra. But because it is geared toward active women, it's material is a littler thicker, and will also provide good coverage. And now that the weather is getting colder, an extra layer under you blouse will be nice have.

Try a bra that's padded. It'll give you a little shape and keep the nipps hidden.
