Legally I dont know....but you can offer to take them for a week or so....this way she can get sometime to herself. I love when my sons go see their dad....I get 3 weeks to myself to work overtime at work and do somethings for me. LOL they leave on thursday

Simply ask her (with a recorder in hand) "when will it be convenient for me to see my sons?" She will either tell you a date or say something stupid. If the date is too far off. Then calmly say "you mean to say I can not see my sons for another 21 days?" then she will confirm it. If she is not being reasonable then turn the tape into the courts for proof that she is alienating your boys. My thought is she will be reasonable if she knows she is being tape recorded. Also bring the tape recorder and record the pick up and delivery of the boys (make sure you have them back at the agreed time). This should keep her on the straight and narrow. (If your conversation is over the telephone make sure you let her know, with the tape running, that the conversation is being recorded. Also check with the laws in your state about taping your conversations)

take her to court and make sure you say that it is not in the best well fare of the children, they need to have set schedules........like every tuesday after school until 8 p.m. and every other week end from 4 o'clock on friday until 4 o'clock on sunday. make sure you go with a fair schedule, and make sure you state when and where pick up/drop off is. one time i had to do this at a nearby burger king, then it got to where it happened at the police station. make sure you make good on your promises, because she can then walk all over you in front of the judge and get away with it. oh yea............and where were you when the judge agreed to the whenever it is convinient for her?? you should of objected to that right there and you probably would have gotten a schedule

you need to set up time and days with her to see the kids,or go into court and see if you can have it changed she can make it expensive for you by keep changing the court date while you are still paying a lawyer, best is try to work it out between you two.

If she is agreeable, set a schedule for seeing your sons that is convenient for you both. If she is giving you problems with seeing them, you MUST hire an attorney to get a good schedule she cannot get around.

File in Domestic Relations an appeal to amend your visitation rights. All states have offices of domeatic relations or child protctive services. Good luck

Why didn't you challenge that decision when you both were in court?

Children need schedules so they know when they can spend time with their father. It's easier if you had done the every other weekend deal or something like that.
You not saying anything against her decision - speaks volumes.............

Tell do not ask your lawyer to set up dates that are good for both of you, guess you must spend to get what you want, it will be worth it.

Get an attorney and set up a visitation schedule. It may never be convenient for her to let you see your kids.

you must get an amendment to the agreement. it would need lawyer to file the request, your ex may or may not show up at the court to contest it.
if she doesn't the change order is usually granted.
