I really don't think so. If you have been together for four years, are moving out of state together, and he hasn't asked up to this point, why would he ask now? He doesn't see the need....he has everything he wants, without marriage.

at sone stage. but marrige is just a legal binding does it matter. Hes making the comittement to move to another state. Thats the next big step. id focus on that see how that goes as a test. Then atleast u can know if u cn handle living wit him and if u cud do it forever.

i'm not a marriage expert but, i think that moving out of state together is a big step which means that he is brave enough to make a commitment. it's a step closer to marriage. he would'nt move somewhere out of state with you if he wasnt going to marry you

Four years is a pretty long time! If he wanted to propose, I think he should have done it already. It seems like he is pretty comfortable with what he has without the *real* commitment.

He will do it after you have settled in and when the timing is right. Dont think about when he is going to ask u, otherwise you wont expect it and be as suprised when he does ask you!!!

If he was going to ask you to marry him I'm sure that he could have done it before now. But, whatever, good luck.
