Heat is a problem for an engine. Liquid cooling deals with this problem much better than air cooling but adds complexity and weight and cost. But not only is engine life extended, a liquid cooled engine is quieter, and most importantly liquid cooling allows engineering upgrades that would cause destructive heat problems for an air-cooled engine, these upgrades greatly add to the horsepower and overall performance of an engine. I can't think of a 4-cylinder air cooled motorcycle. And some two cylinder air cooled engines have problems with overheating, like the Buel. Everything being equal, a liquid cooled engine is going to last longer. But maintenance and the kind of riding can also be a huge factor in engine life, so a badly maintained, hard ridden water cooled could easily only have 1/3 the life of a well maintained conscientiously ridden air-cooled.

Johnny Depp is sooo cool. He just oozes it, in the way he dresses and the way he speaks, and everything about him. Brad Pitt also looks cool. Frank Sinatra was super cool back in the day... James Dean too, and Katherine Hepburn and Marylin Monroe. Steve Martin is uncool, like many comedians. Like Billy Crystal, Chevy Chase, Will Ferrel. Tobey Maguire is a bit of a goober but he's really cute. Danny DeVito too... I could go on forever but I'm bored with this question! Good luck with your speech : )

Celebrities have nothing to do with US being cooler than Canada.
The Bill of Rights in the Constitution, however, has EVERYTHING to do with US being cooler. You . . . HAVE read the Constitution, haven't you? If you haven't, you should.
Ah, a satire. Cool, I'm down with that. Cool celebs, lets see . . .
Clint Eastwood, Paul Newman, Donald Sutherland (LOVED Sutherland and Eastwood in 'Kelly's Heroes'!), Gene Hackman, Kris Kristofferson, Johnny Cash, Willy Nelson, Marissa Tomei, Stevie Nicks, Ann and Nancy Wilson, Virginia Madsen, . . .
I think that may give you a good start. Good luck with the speech!

Lol, what a strange speech!
Everyone's definition of cool is different. My father would tell you The Beatles were cool. My brother would tell you Tupac was cool. My sister would say Oasis are.
Most peoples definition of a 'cool celebrity' is because they want to be that person or be with that person. Whether it's because the person is powerful, talented, gorgeous or sadly dead.
For example: Bob Marley, Tupac Shakur, John Lennon, Freddy Mercury
