how do you curl you hair, i dont no how. and how do you put on eyeliner?

to curl ur hair u have to get a curling iron and put like a part of ur hair in the slot and then put hairspray in it then wait for like a minute. then take it out....and to put on eyeliner u just take the tip and outliner ur eye with it...make sure not to put on too much...u should get a friend sister or a mom to help u if u rlly dont kno how but putting on eyeliner takes practice

About the curl problem,i don't really know cause i haven't done it yet.About the eyeliner,here are the steps:
Sharpen your eye pencil,draw tiny dots across the base of your lash line and blend with a cotton bud.You've gone too far if you notice your eyeliner first and your eyes second.
Liquid eyeliners last longer than pencil eyeliners.

is this a boy? Omg! well, anyway, u take a curling iron and turn it on, but make sure u plug it in. Then take it to ur hair and pull it up a bit. And eyeliner is a tad simpler, u take the pencil/mascara stick then put it under ur eye on the eyelid. SEE U CAN DO IT! OMFG!

when u curl your hair you aren't supposed to go past that little part were it opens and closes. if you want spirles than you stand the curling iron up while it is standing up count 2 30. the way to put oneyeliner is to pull the bottom of your eye down and slide the pencil just above the eyebros. oh and just think im 10 and i am giving advice to all kinds of adults.

to curl your hair you can do it a lot of different ways...you can either (after you take a shower) turn your head upside down and "scrunch" your hair by grabbing your hair by the ends and pulling it up to the top and making a fist type movement... if that was a bad way to say it you can go to this website....http://www.wikihow.com/Scrunch-Hair....or use a curling iron (when your hair is dry obviously) and turn it on let it get hot...take a chunk of your hair about a inch to a inch and a half in diameter and open up the curling iron clasp and clasp it to the tip of the strand of hair and then twist it up to the top and hold it for about ten to fifteen seconds then un clasp it and pull it out...if that was also a bad explanation lol ....http://www.wikihow.com/Curl-Your-Hair... and to apply eye liner...http://www.wikihow.com/Apply-Eyeliner...lol i wont even try to explain Lol hope this helps!!!

Are you anywhere near a library or even a bookstore where you might look thru some books on beauty? Off the top of my head, the late Kevin Aucoin and the wonderfull Bobbi Brown both have excellent books on make-up and beauty. Trust me, you will be inspired. you know to the small line of skin between your eye and you lashes? well lightly put PENCIL eyeliner on that line. and be sure to not poke your eye. also, Never try to use liquid eyeliner if you are a first timer. it wil go into your eyes and hurt!
