This definately sounds like she has kidney stones maybe one or more if the pain becomes unbearable to the point where she wants to roll around on the floor then take her to an emergengy hospital for a pain injection this can be one of the worst types of pain get her drinking as much water as possible the more the better sometimes they can pass through by your urine but if large they have to be crushed to pass them .I had 2 at one time just small ones the pain was unbearable tablets dont help she needs the injection I know you may not have the money but if it is kidney stones she needs that injection please take her it is so painfull .

I think you need to take her to a clinic or the emergency room of the hospital. No one could answer that for sure, except possibly a real Dr.
Kidney stones, a pinched nerve, or even an aneurysm can cause pain in those areas, but pain is your body's flag saying help me.

Either a kidney stone, or a kidney infection. Call the doctor, or go to urgent care.
