not sure about your country but here in australia you can have every number traced for a small charge per day. then once you have those details you can go to the police and file a report.

there is a way, for your cell provider to log certain calls to your phone...
You may have to contact a legal official, and get autherousation papers drawn up to start the log process.
Can you switch to a phone, that has call waiting? Call waiting will display most callers phone numbers on a display, making them easy to jot down and report
