Check for signs of oil on the back of the wheel, also uneven wear on the tire. You could have a axle bearing going bad, or it could just be a rock in the break drum.

I bet it's the brake pads that are worn down my Buick did the same thing. When i was driving the tires would make a squeeling sound then when i would tough the brakes it would go away. I know it's the pads because they have little metal pieces on them that make that sound to alert you that you need new pads. You have disc brakes right? They make the sound cause the pads a vibrating and when you touch the brakes the vibration stops. Hope this helps.

first thing I would do is pull the tire off and check the brakes, then clean every thing with parts cleaner, also I would check to make sure the axle isnt loose, and then check the bearings to make surre they are full of grease.
