Easy and somewhat inexpensive. Remove the stock intake and install a cold air setup (Try E-Bay for this) , and install a throttle body spacer.. Should be close to 10-15 with both combined!!

Yes, have dual exhaust put on, get a power programmer, and swap out the intake,carb,or throttle body, get high flow injectors if fuel injected. You can also put a turbo and inter cooler on it and last but not least you could put it on nos.

yes you could do crankshaft manifold headers exhaust gears with chip all kind of stuff it depends on what you want to spend
