No! The cherries will discolour the cucumbers. The mixture is Not good. Mix "thinly" sliced Spanish onion and cucumber, add a little "lime juice" a touch of salt and a pinch of sugar. Tastes Great and goes with anything that is hot and spice! Now take the cherries, pit them, put sugar, lots of sugar over them, put them in the fridge and let stand overnight. The next day, you can put them in your cereal, on top of cake, ice cream, or Just Eat Them. Have fun cooking - never stop learning - the more you learn the less it will cost you to eat and you will eat better! Cook On darlin!

Would you settle for a recipe?
Olive oil mixed with some oregano and dip the cucumbers and cherries into it, that's if we're speaking tomato cherries. I like to eat them fresh from my greenhouse with a thick slice of italian bread and a glass of wine.

I like to squash cucumbers and squeeze every bit of juice out! Doesn't taste very good and not really good for you!

They say don't knock it till you've tried it. I have never tried it, and I'm not really sure that I ever will.
