Funny question for me to be answering on this, what would've been my 18th wedding anniversary. If the marriage hadn't ended after 10.
The more appropriate wording is "husband and wife."

My husband said, "Hi Frriend!" When I looked at him surprised, he whispered, "We are friends before being husband and wife and please, I want to stay forever like that." To this day, I do not know a more cooperating husband who is willing to share work and feelings and thoughts with me and offers me enough space too!
