After the match Maverick Matt and Kazarian brought Devine out with his head covered. Raven then made his way out in a white suit with a strange covering over half of his face and smashed Devine with the Kendo Stick on the back 4 times. Devine who was on his knees, sat and took the beating.

Chase Stevens charges at Jay Lethal who is on the apron to start and tries a somersault sunset flip but Lethal hangs on. Douglas then charges and gets a back flipped over the ropes onto Stevens. Lethal and Dutt then go coast to coast and hit a double somersault plancha to the outside on The Naturals. Inside the ring now and Lethal and Dutt hit a double team series of kicks and Senton splashes, and get only a two count. Lethal and Stevens in now, quick tag to Dutt who hits a snap elbow drop and a tow count. Quick tag back to Lethal, who sends Stevens to the corner and hits an elbow, then tries to spring backwards but his legs are caught over the shoulders of Stevens straddling him and he delivers a kick to the guy of Lethal. Douglas tagged in and he chokes Lethal over the middle rope. Stevens back in now and he also chokes Lethal over the rope. Quick tag again to Andy Douglas who puts on an arm bar, and Stevens pulls on the arm of Douglas and then stops when the ref looks. They do it again. One more time, and the ref sees it and kicks the arms apart. Lethal battles up, goes to the rope and Andy Douglas hits a high knee to the face, and a two count. Stevens tagged in. Stevens climbs the ropes and hits a double axe handle smash and a two count on Lethal. Douglas tagged in and he tries a flying double axe handle as well but Lethal lands a punch to the gut. Sonjay Dutt tagged in and he cleans house with a drop kick and a headscissors on Stevens. Then he sends Douglas into Stevens so they end up in a DDT position on each other, and Dutt hits a swinging Neckbreaker on the standing Stevens creating a DDT effect on the Naturals. Lethal tagged in and he hits a face breaker on Stevens. Dutt follows up immediately with a Lionsault and gets only a two count as the pace has picked up dramatically. Dutt sends Stevens to the ropes, reversed, but Dutt gets a boot up. Dutt tries to climb the ropes but Shane Douglas interferes. Stevens picks up Dutt in a powerbomb, Andy Douglas climbs the opposite turnbuckle and in a seemingly botched finisher he dropkicks Douglas’s match instead off Dutt’s head and creates the Powerbomb by Stevens onto Dutt. Another attempted Arm drag, reversed in to a monkey flip on Daniels. Sabin rolls out of the ring. Rope to rope goes Sabin now and he rolls out of Daniels way and to the mat. Daniels steps on his head and then hits a Lionsault, tow count for Daniels. Sabin gets driven into the turnbuckle face first, then another one . Two count for Daniels. Daniels sent to the ropes, he slips through the ropes to the apron and Sabin hits a dropkick to the head of Daniels. Outside now Sabin charges the ropes but instead of flying over, steps through the ropes and hits a double axe handle to Daniels on the floor. Back inside the ring now, two count for Sabin. Sabin battles out and hits a dragon screw legwhip. Daniels in the corner, and Sabin hits a big charging boot to the face. Sabin sets up a Cradle Shock. Cage rope-to-rope, steps over AJ, rope to rope again and a flying dropkick .AJ rolling, he then hits the ropes and hits a flying knee drop. Cage begs for mercy and then catapults AJ into the corner. AJ lands on the ropes, backflips onto Cage and hits an inverted DDT and a two count. Incredible move by AJ. AJ climbs the ropes, Cage charges the ropes AJ leaps over him lands on his feet, turns around and Cage hits a spear on AJ. Two count for Cage. He now tries an Unprettier, AJ reverses out, tries a Styles clash. Styles sent to the ropes and hits a Pelle Kick. Two count for AJ. AJ to the apron and tries a springboard hurricanrada but caught mid-air and Cage powerbomb him. Cage with two consecutive two counts. Cage goes to the outside and gets a chair. He rears back to use it and Daniels comes down and holds the chair. AJ then goes for a sunset flip of Cage. Daniels and Cage both holding onto either side of the chair. AJ still trying to roll Cage over into the sunset flip but instead Cage drops to his knees and locks the legs of AJ for a pinfall and the victory Your Winner: Christian Cage After the match AJ gets in Daniels face and snuffs him. Sonjay Dutt and Jay Lethal come down to separate them. Rhino comes to the ring and grabs a mic. He says he will handle this. He sends Lethal and Dutt away. Rhino says that he doesn’t usually involve himself in people’s business, but what he just saw makes him sick. He said that he battled his bets friend for the past 6 months and it all started out just like this. He tells Styles and Daniel to be men and shake hands. Daniels extends his hand. In the ring now and Cage applies a reverse chinlock on AJ who battles to his feet with elbows to the gut of Cage. Cage hits an inverted backbreaker, and another rear chinlock. AJ battles to his feet and hits a headscissors. AJ charges Cage but gets a clothesline. Two count for Cage. AJ battles back with knife-edge chops. Cage sent to the corner, AJ charges and goes for a flying punch but Cage moves. Cage waits for AJ to turn around and hits a side slam and a two count. Yet another reverse chinlock on AJ. AJ battles out but Cage goes to the ropes, AJ picks him up in a fireman’s carry and hits a modified death valley driver into a backbreaker across his knee on Cage. AJ climbs the ropes and goes for a Frogsplash but Cage moves. Cage climbs the ropes. AJ gets up there with him and hits a series of forearm shots. Trying to setup a superplex is AJ but instead he hits a huricanrada and both men are down. Cage rope-to-rope, steps over AJ, rope to rope again and a flying dropkick .AJ rolling, he then hits the ropes and hits a flying knee drop. Cage begs for mercy and then catapults AJ into the corner. AJ lands on the ropes, backflips onto Cage and hits an inverted DDT and a two count. Incredible move by AJ. AJ climbs the ropes, Cage charges the ropes AJ leaps over him lands on his feet, turns around and Cage hits a spear on AJ. Two count for Cage. He now tries an Unprettier, AJ reverses out, tries a Styles clash. Styles sent to the ropes and hits a Pelle Kick. Two count for AJ. AJ to the apron and tries a springboard hurricanrada but caught mid-air and Cage powerbomb him. Cage with two consecutive two counts. Cage goes to the outside and gets a chair. He rears back to use it and Daniels comes down and holds the chair. AJ then goes for a sunset flip of Cage. Daniels and Cage both holding onto either side of the chair. AJ still trying to roll Cage over into the sunset flip but instead Cage drops to his knees and locks the legs of AJ for a pinfall and the victory Your Winner: Christian Cage After the match AJ gets in Daniels face and snuffs him. Sonjay Dutt and Jay Lethal come down to separate them. Rhino comes to the ring and grabs a mic. He says he will handle this. He sends Lethal and Dutt away. Rhino says that he doesn’t usually involve himself in people’s business, but what he just saw makes him sick. He said that he battled his bets friend for the past 6 months and it all started out just like this. He tells Styles and Daniel to be men and shake hands. Daniels extends his hand. AJ takes the mic and says to Rhino , “Thanks DR Phil, If I need a psychiatrist I’ll give you a call” and leaves.

Latin American Exchange vs. America’s Most Wanted

The match starts as an all out brawl. Hernandez and Harris battle. Storm and Homicide battle in the ring. Homicide leapfrogs Storm in the ring and then Storm hits a double underhook backbreaker on him. Harris tagged in. They set up Homicide in an H-Bomb and then toss him to the outside on Hernandez. Hernandez in now and hits a big shoulder block on Harris. He goes rope to rope and Harris hits a Thesz Press and delivers punches to Hernandez. Wildcat tries to suplex Hernandez but cannot and instead gets punches to the back. Homicide tagged in and he hits a slingshot twisting Senton. Quick tag back to Hernandez. Harris sent to the ropes and a shoulderblock onto Harris. Hernandez slows the pace with a rear chinlock on a seated Chris Harris. Harris tries to power up and get to his corner but cannot. Homicide tagged in and delivers blows to the head of Harris. Harris in a fit of desperation hits a spinebuster on Homicide. Both men are down for a count. Storm tagged in and he hits a back body drop on Homicide. Hernandez sends Storm over the ropes, but he skins the car and comes back in. He hits a flying legscissors on Hernandez, then a dropkick on homicide. Chris Harris tagged in, rope to rope with Hernandez both big men with a lot of momentum bouncing off the ropes twice and Harris hits a flying shoulderblock. Big suplex on Hernandez by Harris. Homicide in and hits a swinging DDT on Harris. Storm tagged in now and drops Homicide then sends him to the corner. Homicide floats over but Storm catches him and tries to set up a Death Sentence. Hernendez clocks Harris in the head as he climbed the ropes. Hernandez then climbs the ropes and hits a big Choke Toss over his head from the top ropes. Rope to rope goes Storm and tries a flying cross body on Hernandez but caught in mid air and Hernandez hits a powerbomb. Homicide climbs the ropes and hits a splash and a two count. Chris Harris in and he tries a Catatonic but Homicide gets out. Homicide tries a Gringo Killa but gets reversed out. AMW hits a double team Hart Attack Clothesline on Homicide and a two count. Harris hits a flying clothesline on Hernandez. They try to set up a death sentence on Hernandez. Harris connects on the Legdrop but Konnan jumps on the apron distracting the referee. Homicide then slides in and clocks Storm with the blowtorch can , allowing Hernandez to score the pinfall for the victory. Your Winners: Latin American Exchange

After the match LAX set up Gail Kim for a Gringo Killa but Petey Williams ran down to make the save. Jim Cornette then comes to the ring and gets a mic. He says he does not know if this is a publicity stunt or what. He said that management didn’t like that they were going to try to burn the American Flag, and neither did the fans. He says that management has decided that LAX is not fit to represent TNA as Tag Team Champions, and that they are being stripped of the Tag Team Titles. He says that they have until Thursday to hand him the belts. The fans begin to boo and chant “Bull Sh*t.”

Sting vs. Abyss [NWA Heavyweight Championship]

The match starts quickly before any introductions. Sting gets the bat and charges Abyss who is in the corner and hits him in the head with it sending him to the outside. Sting then hits a splash from the inside of the ring onto Abyss outside on the ground. They battle in the crowd now. Sting rams Abyss head into the fan barricade halfway into the stands. Back to ringside now, Sting tries a Stinger Splash on Abyss and meets the guardrail instead. Abyss clocks Stinger with a steel chair to the back. Abyss sets up two tables at the base of the stage area. He then lays a barbed wire board on the tables, and then lays a second one on the other table. Abyss sets up Sting in a powerbomb at the top of the stage. James Mitchell tells him not to do it for some reason. Sting then comes back and throws punches at Abyss. In the ring now and Abyss with a neck vice on Sting. Sting battles out and hits a Stinger Splash, then another and delivers a kick to the back of the knee of Abyss. Opposite corner now and another Stinger Splash to the back of Abyss. Sting kicks the legs out from underneath Abyss and gets a two count. Stinger goes to climb the ropes. Abyss climbs as well. He sets up a superplex but gets shoved down. Sting with a big splash and a two count on Abyss. Sting charges Abyss but Abyss gets the boot up. Mitchell hands the title belt to Abyss. Sting charge Abyss and ducks the belt shot attempt and slaps on the Scorpion Death Lock. Abyss gets to the ropes for a break. Sting picks up his belt and charges Abyss with it. Abyss hits a Black Hole Slam and a two and a half count! Sting fighting back but laid out by Abyss who now gets the bag of tacks. Sting goes and gets the bat and hits the bag out of the hands of Abyss. Sting clocks Abyss with the bat and gets only a two count because James Mitchell yanks the referee out of the ring. Sting grabs the bang of tacks and spreads them on the mat. Abyss turns around and catches Sting in a chokeslam and Chokeslams Sting onto the tacks. Abyss goes for the pin but Sting kicks out and tips up and powers up. Sting points at Abyss and poses. Drop Toe Hold on Abyss into the tacks. Sting then slaps on the Scorpion and rolls Abyss over. Abyss taps out but James Mitchell is distracting the referee and he does not see it. Sting then puts Mitchell in the Scorpion. Mitchell taps. Sting lets go and goes after Abyss on the outside. Sting still with thumbtacks and blood all over his back. Sting takes the latch that usually lowers him from the ceiling and ties it around Abyss’s feet. Sting pulls on the cord, raising Abyss up. Sting having some trouble hooking the cable someplace to keep Abyss suspended. He finally connects it to the ring post. Sting takes a chair and clocks Abyss across the back and then the face. Sting then takes Abyss down. And drags him up the aisle. Referee Rudy Charles tries to stop Sting from tossing Abyss into the table. Sting pie faces him and shoves him to the ground. Sting then shoves Abyss off the stage through the barbedwire table. Sting walks slowly down to the ring. Doesn’t seem to realize the match has been thrown out. Rudy Charles gets up and comes to the ring. Rudy Charles goes over to David Penzer and informs him that Sting is disqualified and Abyss is awarded the match and the Championship. In a rather awkward and odd finish, Sting has lost the NWA Championship. Mike Tenay tries to explain the situation to us by saying that since TNA’s inception a title can change hands on a disqualification. Your Winner and New World Champion: Abyss
