..and knew it wouldn't go anywhere as they were married with families already, but say they felt a strong connection with this woman when they are around eachother?

I'm not talking specifically about cheating, but something in someone's eyes.

There is a 14 year age differance between my husband and I. He was married when we met. We all decided to try polygamy because I love him and he loves me and her and couldn't lose either one of us.

This happens all the time. It is usually called infatuation. It is bought on by the inner desire and admiration that one had for another because of any number of reasons. It is normal and may happen to you more than one time in life. Try not to focus on it,especially if the eyes are one of the attractions as the eyes may very well be decieving as they can often be lustful and beconng for momentary satisfaction. In any case, since the other person is married it would be wise to let it go. You don't want to mess up someone's happy (or unhappy home-what goes around comes around).Cherish the feeling that you had, but drop it at that as it is not necessarily the one that will lead to true love.

What you are seeing in her eyes is something that is missing in your marriage. You can find it there, or perhaps put it there. A couple of things you can do. Read GETTING THE LOVE YOU WANT by Harville Hendrix. And watch MR. HOLLAND'S OPUS.

Don't throw away your life chasing a butterfly. This happens to a lot of people. It's called a mid-life crisis. Crisis is always an opportunity. Use it as such.

It is okay and possible for a man over 40 to fall in love with a younger woman...(It has been happening for years)...
But Cheating is still not right...if you are in a relationship...YOU ARE IN A RELATIONSHIP! It doesn't matter the situation...cheating is cheating...and it is wrong.

I am 20 years senior my wife's age and we get along fantastically. I did consider a woman who was 30 years younger but gave up on that idea. I have it made now and don't want to mess it up.

It happens all the time. But the choices are always yours to make...I mean whether you want to pursue it and end up regretting it or if you want to just be contented knowing your half complete.

the only advice I can give you is DON'T. if you are thinking of taking this further.
If she has a family, think of them and not your 5 minutes of lust.
Ask yourself this:
Is it worth a little satisfaction to ruin the lives of many people?
I am sure you know the answer to that one.
