Premenstrual Syndrome.
Symptoms women and girls get before their periods start. It can happen as soon as two weeks before.
They can include headaches, moodiness, bloating (excess fluid), body aches, and food cravings; although not every women gets all of these symptoms. They usually stop when the woman or girl starts her period.

PMS is Pre-Menstrual Syndrome.
PMS usually occur before the period/ menses starts. It can last for one week more or less. There are many sign and symptoms of PMS. Eg, headache, giddiness, menstrual cramp, nausea, bolated stomach, odema etc.. most common pms found in ladies are mood swing, depressed or low moral.. to worst still u will feel easily aggitated. This are all general guideline and pls consult ur doc if u hv anymore enquiries.

most women and girls get cramps and get cranky and moody, sometimes even overexcited or extra tired and weak. when my mom gets it she starts flippin out on me when i'm not doin anything. when i get it i just want everyone to leave me alone so i can sleep
