Can a teacher walk me to the deans' office like 20 minutes after the bell to go home has rang? Because she walked me there and when we got there she wrote me a referral for 'goofing off' but I was walking with my friends to get off campus, and she also said I was lying to her... I think this is stupid, can I fight this referral?
Ooh and my friends didn't get in trouble, only I did cuz the teacher hates me.
Also, I was walking to 6th period the other day, and my other teacher was out there just standing there, like she was waiting for me or something, and she said, 'C'mon let's go to the deans' office'.. and it was for being late to class, but she's not even the teacher to the class I was late in ! Is this jacked up, can I fight this? Please help.
Ooh, and if you don't know, don't reply, idiots.

Well, I'm labeled as a liar. Been suspended 2 times. Inhouse 9 times. And the teachers that got me inhouse and suspensions were my PE teacher and Orchestra teacher, not them.. so iunno what their deal is. The reason I'm so upset is because one more referral and I go to behavior school!

Dude that's totally jacked up. My teacher hates me too and she calls me out for things I didn't even do, I think she should be taken to court because she lies. Stand up for yourself. I did

Life is not fair and if you honestly think about it, there's probably a reason teachers are waiting for an excuse to punish you.
I spent two years in trouble because I wouldn't conform to expected community standards. What was the profit in that? All I had to do was behave, but I spent two years whining about how it isn't fair. I managed not to get expelled and kept my grades high enough to get into a good school on scholarship, but I could just as easily have been expelled and lost that. Fighting the system is not worth it.
Go with the flow, even if you have to swallow a little pride. When you earn respect, then you can pick your battles carefully and win the ones that really matter. If you spend your whole life fighting, no one will let you win anything.
This has proven to be the case in my life. I fought the system in HS and they kept me off the honor society. I was positive while getting my masters degree and they wanted me to come back and teach. I fought about fair at one job and had no friends and no promotion. I'm going with the flow at this job and they keep giving me more responsibility.

I don't think anyone is going to really know, because we don't have the handbook to your school....who's the idiot now?
As far as fighting a referral, you'll need to have adult power on this one. All issues related to school rules and infractions is going to take a calm and logical approach to why the rule has not been broken and/or if the punishment is suitable for the infraction. At that point, it can be argued and settled on which course of action; if any should be taken.

Geez, you got taken to the dean's office for being late? That's lame.
Sounds like your teachers have it in for you, but why? What have you done? Once you can answer that question, you can learn to play their game.
You ask if you should fight it, but who would you talk to in order to fight it? Figure that out, then get them on your side. For instance, if it's the dean, talk to him/her intelligently and with respect. Plead your case rationally. That way, when your teachers bring you to the office for mouthing off, the dean will say "But I've never had a problem with Snowpatrol. You must be imagining it."
Seriously, it's all a game. Learn to play it.

Some people call this shi**ing in your own nest or making your own bed. You are the only one who established your reputation and lowered everyone's expectations of you. You're not being picked on, you're being watched because you are a f**k-up. Deal with it now or get used to being fired from jobs IF you ever graduate and manage to stay out of prison.

looks like the word has gotten around your school that your are "trouble" this is a hard tag to fix but you need to find a teacher that you like and is willing to work with you, you need to show the other teachers that your are making an effort to change and hopefully working with a friendly teacher could help

I am already labeled an IDIOT, so how could I possibly answer your question for you? If you were my brat, I would no doubt start by slapping YOUR *** for you! I am, however, quite surprised that got as many answers as you have after pre-qualifying people as idiots. Thanks pal. All the most rotten to you at school. And watch out for suspensions, those will drag you down like an anchor, when and if you make to college!

The school system is sort of like a prison, and some of the teachers are like bullies. There are a lot of unruly students also, or course.

document the incidents...what happened? where? what was said? who was there? etc...then talk w/ your guidance counselor and a teacher you really like and trust...perhaps they can intervene and you and this other teacher can come to a truce..good luck
