In your essay, I would say "Blah Blah Blah wrote Hansberry" (Abcarian and Klotz, page #).
That way you have explained both the owner of the quotation and the authors of the textbook. On your reference page, all you need to do is cite the texbook by Abcarian.

Reference list: Hansberry, ?. Name of play. In Abcarian, ?. & Klotz, ?. Book title. (pp.??). City of publication, State of publication: Name of Publisher.
For the in-text citation, I would try something like:
In Hansberry's The Play's the Thing (year of actual publication), so-and-so relates, " . . ." (Abcarian & Klotz, 2006, p. 100).
I have also found an alternative source such as a website, in your case for the play by Hansberry, and used that. It might make it easier and show your instructor you are thinking beyond the textbook.

From OWL:
Article or Chapter in an Edited Book
Author, A. A., & Author, B. B. (Year of publication). Title of chapter. In A. Editor & B. Editor (Eds.), Title of book (pages of chapter). Location: Publisher.
NOTE: When you list the pages of the chapter or essay in parentheses after the book title, use "pp." before the numbers: (pp. 1-21). This abbreviation, however, does not appear before the page numbers in periodical references, except for newspapers.
O'Neil, J. M., & Egan, J. (1992). Men's and women's gender role journeys: Metaphor for healing, transition, and transformation. In B. R. Wainrib (Ed.), Gender issues across the life cycle (pp. 107-123). New York: Springer.

I couldn't find the answer on the APA's website because they want me to pay for an electronic book.
Whoever thought of deviating from the MLA needs to be kicked.

Google APA OWL and it will take you to Purdue's website on APA style...it's what I always refer to when writing papers.
