Do you know any Les Miserables? though beware that it's probably a little over done, there are some fabulous songs in there. I did Eponine's "On my own" when I was 12... very good song :)
also don't be afraid to do a song that's sung by a guy in a musical, just as long as the key can be changed to fit your range. I've done that in the past with pretty good results.

Soprano songs?
Do NOT do any of the following:
Les Mis
Phantom
Annie
Wicked
Those are wayyy overdone.
And since your audition is tomorrow, choose a song you've used before and know fairly well. You don't really have time to learn a new song.
Remember: you're trying to sound good. Don't pick a song that's too high for you just because it's high. It would be better to pick a lower song that makes you sound good.
Songs For A New World has a lot of good audition songs in it.
If you're looking for a REALLY high soprano, Steel Pier has a good one. It's called "Two Little Words."
That's all I've got cuz I'm an alto.

For a young auditioning soprano, definitely find a lesser known song from an older or more obscure musical. Several reasons. Your judges will not be able to compare your rendition with 20 others; they will admire your knowledge of (interest in and commitment to) the theatre; and they will give you points for creativity and imagination. Be sure to pick a song similar in mood and tempo to the most important song your role will be singing in Wizard of Oz. It's a little late for tomorrow, though.

My favorite song from stage is Send in the Clowns written by Stephen Sondheim
This might be due to a performance I heard in the 5th or 6th grade, by a fellow student that could sing exceptionally.
I also like Jame's suggestion of Grease, but I would go with Grease II, and the song Cool Rider.
(This would be a great song to learn for your next audition.)

Hrm...I've done stuff from Westside Story before(Something's Coming and the duet version of Tonight-though by myself) and it worked out pretty good. I did these when I was twelve and the sound was still good, though these should be done if you know the songs well enough. Something's Coming for sure you would want to do in an octave higher since you're soprano. I'm a first tenor to first alto myself. I hope you do well!

WHich part are you going for? Dorothy? If so and you don't want to sing anything from the musical and presuming it is the version with "Over the Rainbow" then try to sing something which is like that. I don't believe anything can be truly overdone as if you are really good then it won't matter how many times they have heard it's your audition that matters. Sing something you can sing well and that you love. Break a leg!
