Well, the car travels 20 m in 1 sec. There are 60 seconds in one minute, so multiply 20 m by 60 to find out how far the car travels in one minute.

20 x 60 = 1200

So the car travels 1200 m in one minute. Multiply that by 15 to find out how far it travels in 15 minutes.

1200 x 15 = 18000 m

Simple arithmetic - don't they teach anything in school anymore?

15 minutes = 900 seconds
20 m/s = 18000 meters in 900 seconds.

set it up like this: 20 m/s times 60 seconds/minute times 15minutes = the number of meters the car traveled. then you can convert to km or miles as you please.
