Don't lie to people. Just show them the benefits of not doing it, and the extreme harm that comes from doing it. Don't lie to them. That'll make you no worse than the cigarette companies who sell false dreams to get what they want from people. As for dreams, everyone simply wants to be happy, fit, energetic, thought well of, with more time to do what they want.
