Sorry, Your stats are not bad, but they don't come close to matching up with Princeton or the other top schools. I don't think you have any chance there.
When I sat in on an admissions talk there last summer the counselor said that nearly all of their students were either the top or one of the top five students in their class at HS. They all took lots of AP courses and got A's. They have SAT scores that average over 2200. In other words, they are the best students in the USA. And of course, they all have amazing extracurriculars.
A 3.3 is only just barely average for US High Schools. So you should be looking at schools that match your level.
If you go to the websites of most colleges they have a section where they give the average SAT and ranks in class for their students. Try to find a good school where the kids match your numbers. There are LOTS of really good, respectable schools. If you like the atmosphere and kind of place that Princeton is in, you might look at Trinity College in Hartford, or Gettysburg College in PA. And there are lots more good schools to check out....

Well, I can't say for certain. Not having a 4.0 is going to set you back QUITE A BIT considering all people who go to Princeton have over a 4.0 GPA (for the most part).
Your extracuriccular activites are what will give you an advantage. That's the one huge thing Ivy Legue colleges look for in potential students, is how much you helped your community, school, church, etc.
Your best bet is talk to your High School couselor. Or if your High School has a Colledge and Carrer center, TAKE ADVATAGE OF IT! They can actually provide a phamplet or brochure about how to apply to Princeton. The admissions office require you send in a video essay, a written essay, your High School Transcript, among a whole list of items.
Good Luck!

Students in Princeton are really smart. That means most of them have almost 4.0 and score high in SAT in addition. With your GPA it would be hard for you to pass there. Can you imagine the standard of the class there where everyone is so intelligent?
Even the real bright kids find it hard there. Why not try for some university that is a little lower standard? I am not trying to discourage you but even by some miracle if Princeton considered you, can you imagine the hard time you will have there for 2-3 years you will be there?

Okay, you sound like a good enough candidate. However, you can't just be involved in everything and have a good GPA. From what I know, Princeton looks for students with a true passion. Do you love learning? Do you challenge yourself at every chance? You have to be able to show your interest in a unique way.
Good luck!!!

I found out that Princeton changed their GPA recently. The side below shows always the current GPA for all elite universities.

You need to get straight As from now on.
Your grades are more important than your extracurricular activities. If they are cutting into your studies, give some of them up.
