I am 15 and I designed a website for my high school's track team.

I would like to enter the site into some sort of a design contest or competition so I could get more recognition for it.
I would appreciate if anyone gives a name or a link to a contest suitable for this case. And please tell me whether you think I have a chance at winning or not.

For your age and experience, you have done a great job on your site using Flash. You should check these sites for web site awards/contests:

Adobe (which now owns Flash) also has student award contests in the Fall and Spring.

A few minor glitches:
I assume Athlets profiles hasn't been made yet?

On the whole an excellent site, a great job. As for compeations - I had a look and couldn't find some. But I recomend that you post this site down like crazy.

it has over 1 million users a day, so why not advertise in the forum? I love the site so tell you what, I'll add a link to it from my website. With luck I'll look for some comps and email you details

Though i am not able to visit ur site i think the way people have answered ur question ur sure to win the contest.
Pls. do add the past history of the track teams that have entered the contests and if u have the oppurtunity in watching 'CHANNEL 9' please do watch their programme on TV. Theirs is a very good sports channel. The way they present their programm is very interesting. I still remember watching 'WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP - 1985' (Cricket Match). It still lingers in my mind. After seeing this programme i do not see any other programme.

I like it.. you've done a good job. It's a little slow but that is likely due to the host (freewebs). I'm don't know of any contests out there but keep up the good work.
