This fight has already been done in a DC book; Swampy wanted to study Grundy to see if a cure for his condition could be found.
(He has since learned that there is no cure; he was not really Alec Holland in the first place, but Alec Holland's memories transferred to the swamp life of which his body is made.)
Grundy brought along some kind of mutated swamp plants that were growing uncontrollably in the sewers of Metropolis and gumming up the works. Superman took care of Grundy (I forget how) but Grundy ripped one of Swampy's arms off w/o even trying hard. Swampy studied bits of Grundy's tissues and learned that he is not really alive, but a sort of pseudo life.
(A sort of computer that was spontaneously generated in Slaughter Swamp...? Sounds almost as ridiiculous as the belief that life was spontaneously generated.)
But Grundy is tougher. Sorry, Alec!

Solomon Grundy want pants too!
But anyways... I'll go with Grundy. In some cases, he's strong enough to give Superman a run for his money. Although on the flip side, he's also weakened sometimes to the point that Batman and Green Arrow can take him out.

Grundy is by far stronger(has done well in fights with superman) but Grimm is well trained pugilist who has fought the best the marvel universe has to offer. He would out think Grundy( the old one not the new smart one) and trick him into beating himself. There is not enough info on the new Grundy to make a decision.
