you could try crunchyroll.com they have all the episodes, just choose an episode and on the bottom of the video press downlod. hope it helps...much luck...you could try torrentz if all else fails

You can also go to Google video and watch it online. Just search "Fruits Basket."
If you want it for download, there are always torrent sites that have it available. To find a LICENSED anime that has direct download on a page may be a little complicated, but you may find a few.
