Lady Godiva will kill herself straight off from the shame of being naked around men. If you recall the original story, she only rode naked through Coventry after making sure that everybody would be safe indoors with the shutters closed first, except for one guy, who peeped and was struck blind for his trouble.

Darwin will strike up a conversation with Hercules in student Latin about what just happened. Hercules will have to have Godiva's Christian-inspired bodily shame explained to him, and will agree that it's tragic. They'll sit around being hungry for a day or so, then they'll cut her up, eat her and make a raft out of her bones, on which they will sail off. A heavy sea will run and Hercules will carry Darwin up to Olympus rather than let such a wise and sage man drown.

Nobody will murder anybody because a.) Lady Godiva was famed for her gentleness, b.) Darwin was a respectable and highly enlightened Victorian gentleman and a scientist, and c.) Hercules was a God who didn't need to do that kind of thing.

Well Godiva is the object of the exorcise so she is sure to be okay for a while and i don't think Darwins words would ward of an ancient Greek with attitude and being old Hercules is a god that doesn't die i guess he is the last to go

Hercules, being semi-divine and a hero will grab both Darwin and Lady G and swim for the nearest large landmass.

There he will say (heroically) "there you go baldy, me and the Lady are off to have a word with her husband about the unfair taxes he has imposed on the peasants. Up the workers!"

They will all live happily ever after.

Dear Splinterfoot,
If Darwin was, indeed, "right enough and bright enough" for his Theory to be true he'd jump to his feet and say "You two young people get to know each other better; I'll go and find us some fruit to eat."
That way he gives his genes a NON "fighting chance" of being passed on somehow.
If it was Hercules and Giant Haystacks they might end up too mortally wounded to breed.
Darwin didn't say might WASN'T right. He did say you simply CANT breed when you're DEAD.
Keep the good questions coming!!!
Mac.
